I am a Duke Health certified Health Coach.
My principle is simple. Eat well. Sleep well. Move well. Go back to the basics.
What does it mean to go back to basics?
​First, we get grounded. We go back to the roots - who we are; what inspires us. We keep it simple (and that is hard work, but I assure you, it can be done... and needs to be done). We do the work for ourselves from there with love and kindness. Then, we find our "WHY".

My approach to health and wellness is based on the Duke Wheel of Health proprietary approach. With "me" and mindful awareness in the centre, the approach embraces our community, and the interlinks among the fundamentals of wholistic health and wellbeing: nutrition & lifestyle, physical activity & fitness, sleep & rest, mental & emotional well-being, physical environment, and fulfillment & purpose.

My Personal Transformation Story

Formerly a leader in marketing and communications in both public and private sectors in a career spanning more than 20 years, I am now passionate about supporting clients on their wholistic health journey. Being familiar with working in high-stress environments and juggling both personal and professional responsibilities, I am focused on working with professionals and corporations as a health and well-being coach.

My personal transformation story and career pivot started with crashing off my bike in April 2023. I recall having an "out of body" experience, and wondering if I would wake up before it all went black. Fortunately, I got away with minor injuries. That triggered a self reflection and discovery journey to find my Ikigai.

So, the big questions. Who am I? What do I really want to do. These are really about finding my "WHY". One thing that was clear to me was that I could be of service to others like myself who would like to transition to a healthier lifestyle, especially busy professionals juggling career, family, and personal responsibilities. 

I am happy to share more about my personal transformation story and how health coaching and a health coach can help you on your journey to live your best, healthiest life.
